The success of ENFUSE is dependant not only on the technical components but also the interactions of the roles that people take on to manage the program.
- Depth-Core realizes that internal management is vital in order for the program to function effectively.
- We have worked closely with Surrey School District to refine various roles, and management positions. This process allowed us to create a management formula and we can offer consultation in this area as part of our services.
- The internal process goes beyond the management area. Establishment of student roles is one of the vital components required to make ENFUSE a community wide success.
